SB ONE freeride pedal

The SB ONE pedals P1FR have been specially developed for DH, FR, and Slope use. The concave base allows to stand deep in the pedal and it increases
the pressure on the respective pin. With 3 different pin styles and freely selectable positions, the grip can be adjusted individually.

The special design of the axle bearing guarantees a low-wear system. Here, the bearing clearance of each pedal is adjusted individually during assembly.
Due to the solid CNC machined construction of the pedal body, a deformation is excluded even at hard ground contact.

Features:

• CNC milled pedal body

• Extremely resistant and low-wear axle system.

• pins screwed from above (no loosening and at any time be loosened if damaged)

• 3 different pin versions

• Various selectable pin positions

• Due to the "Skull" imprint on one side, the two pedal sides can be equipped differently with pins. e.g. "Skull" side with a
  massacre grip pin and the other side with a slope grip pin (if you want)

• Due to the increased rotational resistance of the axle, the pedal does not rotate independently

• As an alternative to the pins, M5 x 10 setscrews (DIN 914) can be screwed in and secured with "Loctite medium-strength".
  Attention! As the setscrews have no predetermined breaking point like our pins, the threaded hole can take damage under hard ground contact.

SB ONE Pin

The SB ONE pins are also manufactured in-house. All pins have a predetermined breaking point. This counteracts possible damage to the receiving bore in hard ground contact. Depending on the application, you can choose between 3 different pin types.
